B12 1000

B12 1000, supports methylation, MTHFR. This is a great tasting product. Seeking health products are in the active form. So you know you're getting excellent quality from Seeking health vitamins.

Your body prefers bioavailable nutrients.

This means few (or no) enzymatic steps are required to transform it into a usable form. The two most bioactive forms of B12 are methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin.

Bioavailability is particularly crucial when working to replenish vitamin B12 levels. Ideally, B12 is also in a format that supports optimal digestion and absorption, such as a lozenge.

Methyl B12 1000 provides a potent dose of bioavailable vitamin B12 in a delicious, well-absorbed lozenge. Each serving contains a 1,000 mcg mixture of methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin.

You need steady energy to feel your best. Vitamin B12 plays important roles in energy production and much more.

Vitamin B12 is essential for:

  • Cognitive function
  • Red blood cell formation
  • Methylation
  • Homocysteine recycling
  • Cardiovascular health
  • DNA production and expression
  • Nervous system health and development

Vitamin B12 deficiency is common. It is one of the most difficult nutrients for your body to absorb and utilize. Symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency can include fatigue, memory issues, and tingling in your toes or fingers.

Factors such as genetic mutations, low stomach acid, a vegetarian or vegan diet, and insufficient intrinsic factor (pernicious anemia) can all contribute to low B12 levels. For these reasons, it’s critical to consume B12 in bioavailable, optimally-absorbed forms.

Methyl B12 1000 provides bioactive forms of vitamin B12 that your body can readily recognize and utilize. These delicious lozenges are designed to be rapidly digested and absorbed through your intestines and cell walls.

Most B12 dietary supplements contain the active ingredient cyanocobalamin. Before it can be used, your liver must first convert cyanocobalamin into an active form and discard the cyanide. In addition, it appears that the body uses methylcobalamin more efficiently than cyanocobalamin.

Here at Seeking Health, you’ll never find the cyanide-containing form, cyanocobalamin. Instead, you’ll only find bioavailable forms of vitamin B12 that your body can quickly recognize and utilize.

Methyl B12 1000 provides vitamin B12 in the bioactive forms of methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. These delicious, well-absorbed lozenges support healthy methylation, MTHFR, and homocysteine levels.

How much vitamin B12 do you need?

Everyone has different needs for vitamin B12. Work with a qualified healthcare professional to determine the best dose for your individual needs.

Methyl B12 1000 provides 1,000 mcg (1 mg) per serving. The lozenges can be broken down into halves or quarters if a smaller dose is desired.

  • For a higher dose of vitamin B12 per lozenge (5,000 mcg), consider Active B12 5000.
  • For a similar product without the methyl B12, consider Hydroxo-Adeno B12.
  • For vitamin B12 in the form of hydroxocobalamin, consider Hydroxo B12.

It’s never been easier (or tastier!) to support optimal B12 levels in your body. Add Methyl B12 1000 to your methylation support protocol for optimal wellness.

    My favorite B12

This B12 is what finally worked for me. I was getting B12 shots for years and wondering why I was never getting better. My B12 level was 100. My mom, sister and myself all have Ehlers Danlos and vitamin deficiencies - One of my doctors turned me into Dr Lynch and this natural form works best for us. Before I has such pain in my hands and feet that I got filler in my feet. Thank you for making such quality products and sharing your knowledge. I always tell people about your wonderful supplements.

Name change does not represent product

I think Active B12 1000 , now called Methyl B12 1000 is a great product and I have been taking it for several years. However, the name change is misleading and inaccurate since it negates the fact that half of the product is adenosylcobalamin. Please change the name back to its original to reveal the accuracy of its contents.

    Hi Heather -

    I hear you.

Actually, about 20% or so is adenosylcobalamin - not 50%.

    In health,
    Dr. Lynch
