    Nice product, but gave me side effects

    These pills have been both positive and negative for me. The positive is that they came in a much lower dose than most other brands, which is important if you want to start small in case of side effects. Unfortunately, they also caused headaches, so I'm not too thrilled about that. I do like that the capsules are a smaller size than an average pill capsule.

    Work Great

    These work great for me to balance my methyls. The dose is perfect. Does it make me flush? Yes, on the rare occasion. Usually when I haven't eaten anything. It's uncomfortable (or more so embarrassing) for a few minutes but goes away quickly enough.
